”A Festival of Music in Flowers” |
|
The Powsin International Piano Festival is held in the Botanical Gardens, Powsin on the outskirts of Warsaw. This has come about as a result of joint efforts by the 'Homo et Planta Foundation", Powsin, the 'Archway Trust (London), and the Chopin Foundation (Warsaw). The Homo et Planta Foundation was established by the Polish Academy of Sciences to cultivate an appreciation and understanding of nature, while the Archway Trust does the same for music. |
